We are committed to excellent customer service, honest communication, and a smooth purchasing experience.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

Firearm Purchases

All firearm sales are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any firearm, magazine, ammunition, or accessory purchased is legal to own in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order.

Firearms purchased online must be picked up at our retail location or shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder selected by the customer.

The customer is responsible for confirming that their selected FFL is willing and able to accept the transfer.

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser.

Ammunition Purchases

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
Customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.
Ammunition sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ammunition and complying with all applicable laws.

Product Availability & Pricing

We strive to maintain accurate inventory and pricing information; however, errors may occasionally occur.

McCunn Specialty Firearms reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, specifications, inventory availability, and to refuse or cancel orders resulting from technical, pricing, or inventory errors.

If an order is canceled due to an error on our part, the customer will receive a full refund.

Order Changes

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be modified.

If a customer wishes to change an order, the original order must be canceled, subject to the cancellation policy below, and a new order must be placed.

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances change. Because many products are sourced specifically to fulfill customer orders, cancellation fees may apply.

Orders Not Yet Submitted for Fulfillment

Orders canceled before submission to a distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

Orders Submitted for Fulfillment

Orders canceled after submission to a distributor, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Special Orders

Special-order, custom-order, and NFA-related items are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

Cancellation fees help offset payment processing fees, distributor charges, administrative costs, and labor incurred while processing orders.

Refused Transfers, Failed Background Checks & Unclaimed Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms prior to placing an order.

If a firearm is returned because the customer fails a background check, refuses the transfer, fails to complete the transfer, fails to pick up the firearm from the receiving FFL, or the firearm is returned due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for:

Original shipping charges.
Return shipping charges.
Any fees charged by the receiving FFL.
A 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued only after the firearm has been returned and inspected.

Returns & Exchanges

Firearms

All firearm sales are final once transferred to the purchaser.

Ammunition

All ammunition sales are final.

Optics, Accessories & Merchandise

Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Returns must be authorized by McCunn Specialty Firearms prior to shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Manufacturer Warranties

Most firearms, optics, safes, and accessories are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. We are happy to assist customers in locating warranty information when possible.

McCunn Specialty Firearms does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing.

Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 3–10 business days, depending on product availability and distributor processing times.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

McCunn Specialty Firearms reserves the right to cancel orders containing inaccurate information or suspected fraudulent activity.

Compliance With Laws

By placing an order, the customer certifies that they may legally purchase and possess the item(s) ordered, are not prohibited from owning firearms, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Products sold by McCunn Specialty Firearms are manufactured by third parties.

Customers assume all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, and use of any product purchased.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McCunn Specialty Firearms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, ownership, or use of products sold through this website.

Policy Updates

McCunn Specialty Firearms reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The policies in effect at the time an order is placed shall govern that transaction.
